WE HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED CHALLENGES. THAT IS WHY IN DECEMBER 2011 THE NEW PUB IN VIA GOLGI, OUR NEW HOME, HAS OPENED ITS DOORS. 16 YEARS AFTER THE OPENING OF THE HISTORICAL BREWPUB IN VIA ADELCHI WE FELT THE NEED TO GIVE SOMETHING NEW TO OUR EVER MORE NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, INVARIABLY IN OUR BELOVED LAMBRATE.
THE NEW SITE, IN THE SPACIOUS ENGLISH PUB STYLE ROOM, ADDS TO THE CHANCES OF FINDING A SEAT. THE LARGE BLACK WOODEN BAR AND THE DARK RED WALLS CREATE A CHEERFUL AND INVITING MOOD, TODAY A TRADEMARK OF BIRRIFICIO LAMBRATE, YET IN A MORE MODERN AND MATURE ENVIRONMENT.

THE GREAT CHALLENGE OF THE RESTAURANT PUB IN VIA GOLGI IS INDEED IN TRYING TO BRING THE QUALITY OF OUR CUISINE TO THE EXCELLENCE OF OUR BEERS. BEERS WHICH, TRUTH BE TOLD, ARE EVER MORE THE PROTAGONISTS: NOT JUST A SUPERB COMPLEMENT TO THE FOOD PROPOSED, THEY ARE ACTUALLY THE BASIC INGREDIENT OF SO MANY RECIPES. FROM THE STARTERS TO THE DESSERTS, EVERYTHING IS PREPARED ON DEMAND BY OUR CHEFS, USING THE WORT OR THE BEER TO CREATE ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE AND EXQUISITE DISHES.
